Part 1
 Pregnant women 7 days detox with natural antibiotics 👶💨💤

Get back when you finish

Eat three meals a day instead of two

Breakfast 07:00-08:00

fruits salads with freshly squeezed lemon juice and a cup of raw mixed nuts

Lunch 12:00-13:00

Fruits salad with fresh coconut cream/ or lemon juice


Supper 17:00-18:00

Vegetable salads as per 7 days detox with the homemade salad cream

7 day detox + NATURAL ANTIBIOTIC 

Natural antibiotics

1/4 teaspoon cayenne  pepper

Whole Garlic bulb big with cloves (remove skin)

One thump size Ginger

Two bulbs onions medium size (1 red 1 white)

4 ripe lemons with their skin (wash them REMOVE SEEDS)

3 table spoons Olive oil (mechanically extracted or cold compress)

Cut into small sizes put into blender and blend until it’s a SMOOTHIE (add water if too thick)

Then take three table spoons morning and evening


Keep refrigerated till finished

SEVEN DAY DETOX

No cooked food for 7 days

No tea no coffee no cola drinks no soft drinks squash etc.
 No warm water or lemon water in the morning before meals- No

breakfast TIME =FRUIT SALADS
 Ok
Fruit salad WITH ONE FRESHLY SQUEEZED LEMON JUICE (oneh fruit EXAMPLE 10 bananas etc. whatever fruits ARE READILY AVAILABLE FRESH NB NO DRIED FRUITS)

 (IF YOU FEEL HUNGRY AROUND MIDDAY EAT MORE FRUITS SALADS DIFERENT FRUITS)

Vegetable salad –

LOTS OF spinach celery PARSELY, Cabbage   tomatoes carrots cucumber lettuce broccoli cauliflower etc. (a few varieties at a time) BOTH FLOWERS LEAVES AND ROOTS SUCCULENT

No salad creams Instead Use=
1.     Avocado 2. THREE TABLE  SPOONS olive oil-MECHANICALLY EXTRACTED OR  COLD  COMPRESS
3.    two medium size lemons (REMOVE SEEDS AND USE  SKIN IF THEY ARE VERY RIPE
4.    ONE CUP sunflower seeds
5.    one clove garlic
6.   ONE CUP WATER   
7.   blend them and add to your vegetable salad

Two litres of water one between the two meals and one after second meal

Part 2

Health eating pregnant mother after detox
👶👶💭💭💭👶💭👶💦🌎🌎🌎


Breakfast 06:00-08:00

Fruit salad first with mixed variety nuts one and half cup - eat much more of this
(Add more fruits and nuts )

Lunch 12:00-14:00

Vegetables salad ( please also add raw organic sweet potatoes to the salads & or try yam pocoyam and other tubals raw ) with the salad cream from the 7 day detox - sprinkle with health salt sparingly and

Either
sprinkle one table spoon green leaf powder Moringa

or

Take one moringa seeds chewed slowly before taking the meal

{(Only if hungry ) -add cooked legumes like lentils beans etc or grains like yam  , millet , sorghum etc whole grains cooked like rice - without oil - boil and add oil after finishing cooking season all the grains with cayenne pepper and turmeric during cooking  }


Supper 17:00-18:00

Tomato and onion soup with home made bread [only if hungry ]( may add a cup of bean soup )

19:00 drink one cup of herbal teas like
-Mint
-Comfrey
Lady mantle
-Lemon grass
Thyme ( as days draw near )
Pennyroyal
Echinacea leaves or roots or flowers

Etc

Very important Rules

-Drink plenty water between meals
-Walk 1 mile for start and increase till you walk 2 miles a day
